  • Distance: Approximately 2,200 km
  • Time: 4-5 hours by flight
  • Meals: Dinner on your own or provided on the flight.
  • Details: Fly from Chennai to Delhi. Upon arrival in Delhi, you will be transferred to a hotel for an overnight stay.

  • Distance: 230 km
  • Time: 6-7 hours by road
  • Meals: Breakfast at the hotel, lunch and dinner en route.
  • Details:Drive to Haridwar. On arrival, check into a hotel and relax. Haridwar is famous for the Ganga Aarti ceremony, which you might witness in the evening.

  • Distance: 270 km
  • Time:8-9 hours by road
  • Meals: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner en route.
  • Details: Travel from Haridwar to Joshimath. The drive is scenic, passing through the beautiful landscapes of Uttarakhand. Check into a guesthouse or hotel in Joshimath.

  • Distance: 20 km (drive) + 14 km (trek)
  • Time: 1 hour by road, 5-6 hours by trek
  • Meals: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner
  • Details: Drive from Joshimath to Govindghat. Start your trek to Ghangaria, a small village that serves as the base camp for the Valley of Flowers. Check into a guesthouse in Ghangaria.

  • Time: 5-6 hours (round trip)
  • Meals: Breakfast, packed lunch, and dinner.
  • Details: Trek from Ghangaria to the Valley of Flowers. Explore the valley, known for its stunning array of alpine flowers. Return to Ghangaria for the night.

  • Distance: 6 km (one way)
  • Time: 4-5 hours (round trip)
  • Meals: Breakfast, packed lunch, and dinner.
  • Details: Trek to Hemkund Sahib, a sacred Sikh shrine. Enjoy the beautiful surroundings before returning to Ghangaria.

  • Distance: 14 km (trek) + 20 km (drive)
  • Time: 4-5 hours
  • Meals: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
  • Details: Trek back to Govindghat and then drive back to Joshimath. Overnight stay in Joshimath.

  • Distance: 270 km.
  • Time: 8-9 hours by road
  • Meals: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
  • Details: Drive back to Haridwar. Check into your hotel and rest. Enjoy local cuisine in the evening.

Safety Instructions:

  • Participants are required to follow the instructions of he Trek Lead
  • at all times to ensure their safety.
  • Be careful while clicking pictures. Do not risk your life.
  • Do not get into the sea / water streams / falls without trek leader's permission.
  • Experienced trek leader will be leading the team. please cooperate regarding the safety instructions.
  • Please stay with the group. Do not deviate from the path & seperate from the group.
  • If you want to move from the group inform the trek leader.
  • During the trek / travel / stay, check your shoes for any kinds of insects or snakes before wearing it.
  • If you are under 18, you need to send a consent letter signed by your parents.

Payment Policy:

  • After confirmation of any Package request: 25% of tour package cost required immediately to book all the respective services.
  • 15 Days prior to arrival date: 50% of tour package cost required.
  • 07 Days prior to arrival date: 100% of tour package cost required.
  • Payment terms are subject to change at the time of booking as per Hotel Policy and High Season.
  • We will not entertain any credit facility.

Cancellation Policy:

  • All cancellations must be made in e-mail format only.
  • Any cancellation at 45 Days prior to arrival date – No charge
  • Any cancellation between 45 Days – 30 Days prior to arrival date: 25% of tour fare charge
  • Any cancellation between 30 Days –15 Days prior to arrival date: 50% of tour fare charge
  • Any cancellation less than 10 Days: 100% of tour fare charge.
  • Once the package is booked & confirmed North Sikkim part is Non-Cancellable or Non-Refundable.
  • If for any reason you have to leave the tour early, you will not be entitled to any refund.

Important Note:

  • If there are no minimum number of participants in the batch, then the batch will be cancelled & amount will be refunded.
  • This is an adventurous trek. Be ready to face the geographical / weather challenges.
  • If you want the trekking to be a memorable experience, you need to cooperate with your trek leader.
  • Do not create any nuisances on the way by throwing any kind of plastic waste.
  • The forest entry check post does not allow you to carry any plastic.Make your pack a backpack without any plastic.
  • Strictly no drinking & smoking during the entire duration of travel.
  • We cannot promise any hot water facilities & campfire.
  • You will be responsible for your belongings.
  • On time arrival to the destination might be delayed due to heavy rains road damage, road block or any other unavoidable circumstances.
  • Inform us 24 hours before the departure if you need an insurance. We will arrange it at additional cost.
  • Accommodation will be in dormitory / tent. Common bathrooms will be provided.
  • Do not expect any luxury in the accommodation.
  • Any kind of medical / accidental insurance will not be included.
  • Do not expect any luxury facilities during the trek / travel. Trekking is out of comfort zone.
  • Do not expect the same view as depicted on Instagram & WhatsApp. The views depend on the weather.
  • As it is likely that in these sorts of tours weather must be taken into account. If conditions are such that we have to change arrangements, or we can’t follow the suggested itinerary due to bad weather, we will not be able to provide any sort of refund.
  • If there are any other circumstances including but not limited to riot, political unrest, court or administrative orders, natural or other disaster, nuclear incident, terrorist activity, and we have to cancel a tour as a result of these circumstances, we will not be able to provide any sort of refund.
